Refund Policy

3 Types of Rates :

• Standard Flexible Rate- remains the same as currently uploaded rates
• Semi Flexible Rate- 5% cheaper than standard flexible
• Non-Refundable Rate- 10% cheaper than standard flexible

Cancellation & Refund Policies

Standard Flexible Rate

• Cancellation made 72 hours prior to check in - no charge
• Cancellation made less than 72 hours - 1 night stay charges will apply

Semi Flexible Rate

• Cancellation made 14 days prior to check in - no charge
• Cancellation made less than 14 days prior to check in - 50% charges of the total stay will apply as cancellation fees

Non-Refundable Rate

• No cancellation window
• No refund policy
• In case of cancellation - 100% charge of total stay

No-show

• In case of no-show, 100% charge of total stay

Force Majeure Policy

In the event of a force majeure situation where the guest has already made payment but is unable to travel, the guest will be allowed to reuse the paid amount for a future reservation. The credit will be held for a period of three (3) months from the original check-in date.

The guest must select and confirm a new stay date within this three-month period, subject to availability and applicable rate differences.

If the guest does not utilize the credit within the three-month period, the hotel reserves the right to retain and use the paid amount, and the credit will no longer be valid.
